OUR HISTORY
2002
Dimune is founded in Quito, and its first representation was Biomune in the USA. Two years later, Dimune represents Biopharma from the Czech Republic, I.I.C., and Anitox from the USA.
2007
CEVA from France acquires Biomune from the USA and grants Dimune the representation of both.
2008
Vicor from the USA and Biomix from Colombia grant Dimune their representation.
2012
LCB from France grants Dimune its representation.
2013
Poly Sell from Brazil grants Dimune its representation.
2015
Idexx from the USA grants Dimune its representation, Church & Dwight (Arm & Hammer) from the USA acquires Vicor and confirms Dimune as its distributor. DPI from United States grants Dimune the distribution rights for Ecuador.
2017
The French business group Kersia acquires LCB and confirms Dimune as its distributor.
2019
Wisium from the USA acquires Biomix and confirms Dimune as its distributor.
2021
Huevepharma from Bulgaria grants Dimune distribution rights, and a new animal nutrition division is created.
2023
Adisseo from France and PIC from England grants Dimune the distribution rights for Ecuador.
2025
Cargill of the USA grants Dimune the distribution rights for mycotoxin binders in Ecuador.
